1. Start making my own broth from scratch. It’s easy and cheap.
2. Learn how to make cheese. It’s (supposedly) easy and cheaper.
3. Make ravioli from scratch and freeze it in portions. The payoff will be worth the time and effort. Perhaps this weekend?
4. Stop eating my daughters oatios. The cereal is for her, not me.
Now, excuse me, while I go eat another handful.
Nutritious? Yes. Taste good? Yes.
I insist there’s nothing wrong with oatios (or any other “kids” cereal for grownups. I regularly eat Cheerios for lunch and/or dinner if I’m low on actual food. And that doesn’t even count how often I have them for breakfast. So keep on eating them! :)
Car, I have a ravioli maker. Or did I already give it to you?? Did I give you my pasta machine?
xo,
Mom
